Early on in my job at Target a guest once asked me where the Photo Lab was. Having recently been at a Walmart the day before and not knowing much about the store I work at, I told them Photo Lab was all the way at the back of the store, in electronics. Well, it wasn’t. It was at the front of the store, at guest services. I found this out moments later when I wanted to confirm the location of the Photo Lab with a fellow employee. I was so worried that the guest would come back to bitch at me that I was allowed to leave the register and do something else so the guest wouldn’t be able to find me.
